Nambiar Beverly Green is a pre-launch villa community standing on Bannerghatta Road at Bilwaradahalli in south Bangalore, 3 km from the Bannerghatta Nature Camp. The developer has begun accepting fully refundable expressions of interest of ₹5 lakh ahead of a scheduled pre-launch on 10 August 2026 and official launch on 20 August 2026.

About the Developer
Nambiar Builders was incorporated in 2009 by three brothers: Rajesh Nambiar, who is Chairman, Ramesh Nambiar, Managing Director, and Ratheesh Nambiar, Group Chairman. It works from a corporate office at Marathahalli, and it builds in one city only — every completed and ongoing project on its books is in Bengaluru.
Low-density housing rather than high-rise volume is what the firm is known for — gated villa communities, with a township and an apartment development added more recently. Nearly all of that work stands in south-east Bengaluru, off Sarjapur Road. This project marks the firm's move into a different corridor — Bannerghatta Road, at Bilwaradahalli in south Bangalore.
The firm's name was built on Bellezea and Ellegenza, both of them gated villa communities. In its period of operation, Nambiar Builders has developed more than 12 million sq. ft. of land across the city, creating luxury apartments, villas, and townships.
Location and Connectivity
Formally known as Anekal Road, Bannerghatta Road is one of the fastest growing localities in Bengaluru. Known to many as BG Road, it is located on the State Highway 87 and connects Bangalore with other towns of Jigani and Anekal. Bannerghatta road enjoys great connectivity, with the 50-km stretch well networked to the city via roads and rail. The highways intersection with ORR (Outer Ring Road) and NICE Road have further aided its connectivity.
The Namma Metro Pink Line phases into service through 2026, with Kalena Agrahara station approximately 9-10 km away.
