Nambiar Builders' pre-launch for Bannerghatta Villas begins in September 2026, with official launch expected in October 2026. The development is a 50.4-acre forest-edge villa township near Bannerghatta National Park. Expression of Interest (EOI) will start in September 2026, with the EOI process completed online or via authorized channel partners by submitting an application form.

Scale and Phase 1 Details

Phase 1 covers 32 acres and delivers 298 plots. The project offers two configurations—35×55 ft (1,925 sft) and 40×63 ft (2,520 sft)—each with an approved G+2 villa design featuring a lift, private deck, puja room and two-car parking.

Pricing starts from ₹5 Cr, expressions of interest are open, and the official launch is planned for September 2026. As a pre-launch villa community, handover is targeted on a roughly four-year build cycle from the 2026 launch, placing Phase 1 completion around 2029-2030.
