Nambiar Builders FY25 revenue ₹364 crore with strong collections
Nambiar Builders Records ₹364 Crore Revenue Amid Strong Collections
Nambiar Builders reported revenue of ₹364 crore for the financial year ending March 31, 2025. The fiscal performance reflects acceleration in sales momentum, particularly from the company's flagship township launch in January 2025.
Collections Momentum Strengthens
The group collected ₹478 crore in 10 months (April–January 2025) and is expected to collect over ₹600 crore for the entire fiscal. This marked strong year-on-year growth against close to ₹200 crore in FY23.
The growth was attributable to strong sales traction in its newly launched project, Nambiar District 25, where the company sold substantial inventory swiftly after its launch in January 2025.
Debt Position Improves
The company's financial risk profile has improved significantly. External debt reduced from ₹443 crore as of March 31, 2023, to ₹375 crore as of March 31, 2024, and further to ₹266 crore as of January 2025. External debt accounts for 17% of the total project cost, reflecting a moderate reliance on debt for funding.
Rating Upgrade Reflects Stronger Profile
CRISIL Ratings upgraded its rating on the long-term bank facilities of Nambiar Builders to CRISIL A-/Stable from CRISIL BBB+/Stable. The rating upgrade reflects sustained improvement in the credit profile supported by strengthening business performance and a strong financial risk profile.
Project Execution Scale
As of January 31, 2025, the group has incurred a total project cost of over ₹1,500 crore, which represents approximately 53% of the total budgeted cost. This is largely funded through customer advances to the tune of over 80% and balance through debt.
Land Bank and Future Growth
As of January 31, 2025, the Nambiar Group owns a substantial land bank of over 300 acres, positioning the developer for continued execution across East Bangalore's Sarjapur corridor.
The company had an employee count of 202 as of January 31, 2025.
