Structural Progress and Phased Execution
As of 26th February 2026, Nambiar District 25 on Sarjapur Road has transitioned from the earthwork phase to a high-momentum structural construction stage. Phase 1 towers are moving into the Superstructure Stage, with several towers having climbed past the 10th to 15th-floor slabs using MIVAN aluminum formwork technology for rapid cycle times of approximately 7–10 days per floor.
Nambiar District 25 has been launched in two phases: Phase 1 opened on 26 January 2025 and Phase 2 on 8 August 2025.
