Nambiar Builders, established in 2009 and based in Bengaluru, is a well known luxury real estate player with a development footprint of over 12 million sqft across 250 acres. The company's primary operating zones are Sarjapur Road and Electronic City corridors. District 25 is the largest project they have attempted to date, spanning 100 acres with two RERA-approved phases launching over 1,600 homes.
Prior to District 25, the company's flagship projects include Nambiar Bellezea and Ellegenza on Sarjapur Road. Bellezea, a 110-acre luxury villa community, and Ellegenza, a 23-acre villa enclave, both established the developer's execution credentials in the premium segment. The company has also expanded into mid-income apartment segments through projects such as Nambiar Millennia.
District 25 Phase 1 Context
District 25 Phase 1 comprises 796 homes across six towers and follows RERA registration approved on 10 January 2025 (Registration No. PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/100125/007377). The township design emphasizes villa-style high-rise residences with wraparound balconies and 40% open space featuring over 3,500 native trees. Possession for Phase 1 is targeted for February 2030.
The project is strategically located on Chandapura-Dommasandra Road, around 1 km off the main Sarjapur Road. Connectivity highlights include proximity to significant IT parks like ITPL and RMZ Ecoworld and proximity to Whitefield, Electronic City, and Marathahalli business hubs. The proposed Muthanallur Yellow Line metro station is about 600 metres from the project gate, with the line now operational since August 2025.
