Nambiar District 25 has been recognized as the Times Integrated Township of the Year 2025, marking a significant acknowledgment of its integrated development approach and sustainability focus. The award came as part of the Times Business Awards Bengaluru 2025, where Nambiar Builders also earned recognition as Trusted Premium Builder of the Year.
Scale and Master Plan
District 25 is a 100-acre integrated township by Nambiar Builders at Dommasandra, just off Sarjapur Road in East Bengaluru. The full township is planned for 5,400+ homes across phases; Phase 1 (796 homes across 6 towers) and Phase 2 (816 homes across 6 towers) are launched, with possession in February 2030 and September 2030 respectively.
The master plan covers approximately 75 acres of residential development and 25 acres of commercial, mall and IT space, with a 2,50,000 sq ft Club SOHO clubhouse spanning 7 acres at its centre.
Design Thesis and Amenities
The signature thesis is "villa-style living in a skyrise": just 4 units per floor, no shared walls between apartments, spacious wraparound balconies, and 3 passenger + 1 service lift in every tower.
Phase 2 carries 2, 3 and 4 BHK configurations across Towers 7-12 with 80% open space, approximately 40% of the site retained as untouched mother earth, 3,500+ native trees proposed and a 4 km peripheral cycling and jogging track.
Location and Connectivity
The location is just 600 metres from the proposed Muthanallur Metro Station. The Yellow Line between Silk Board and Bommasandra has been operational since August 2025. The project offers quick access to Wipro in Kodathi, Electronic City (30 mins), and ITPL Whitefield (40 mins).
Regulatory Status
The project is registered under Karnataka RERA PR/200825/008011 (registered 20 August 2025). Phase 1 carries RERA registration PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/100125/007377, approved 10 January 2025.
