As of 26 February 2026, Nambiar District 25 on Sarjapur Road has transitioned from the earthwork phase to a high-momentum structural construction stage. The construction is moving at a rapid pace with MIVAN technology to ensure timely delivery as per regulatory approvals.
The project's Phase 1 towers have reached the 10th to 15th floor slab stages, marking a significant milestone in the development timeline. The expected possession timeline for Phase 1 is December 2028 onwards.

The developer's choice of MIVAN technology represents an established construction methodology suited to large-scale residential projects. MIVAN construction uses aluminium formwork for concrete casting, offering a faster and more efficient alternative to traditional Reinforced Concrete Construction, with cost-effectiveness, speed and sustainability benefits. This technology significantly reduces construction time, labor, and material wastage, making it highly efficient for large-scale residential and commercial projects, especially high-rise buildings in urban areas.

Nambiar District 25 is a 100-acre smart township strategically located on Sarjapur Road, near Muthanallur Cross in East Bangalore, with an offering of 5,400 apartments in high-rise towers. Phase 1 features 796 premium apartments in 6 towers with configurations of 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, and 4 BHK.
Phase 3 is expected to launch in the first quarter of 2026 and the project is registered under Karnataka RERA with registration number PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/260526/008686.
