Nambiar District 25 Phase 2 launched on 20 August 2025 with RERA approval number PR/200825/008011. The phase spans 63 acres and brings 816 ultra-luxury villa-style apartments designed across 6 elegant high-rise towers with 2B+G+34 floors.
Both phases follow a five-year build plan with possession targeted for September 2030. Construction of Phase 2 will start from September 01, 2025.
